Terms of Service

Last updated April 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Wodder. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Wodder.

1. The service

Wodder is a fitness tracker. You log workouts, view your training history, receive AI-generated insights, and share activity with people you follow. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wodder. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for online services, that age applies to you.

You are responsible for your account. Keep your email address current and protect access to it — our sign-in uses email-delivered codes, so whoever controls your inbox controls your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law, or help someone else break the law
  • harass, threaten, or impersonate another person
  • upload content you do not have the right to share
  • scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the service
  • interfere with the service or try to circumvent its limits
  • use Wodder to build a competing product

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You own what you log, write, and share. You grant Wodder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content so we can run the service — including displaying it to followers you approve and generating insights for you.

We do not sell your training data.

5. Paid plans

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features appear on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Wodder is not a medical service. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a health condition.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Wodder and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Wodder against third-party claims that arise from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the profile page. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or put the service at risk. On termination, the license you granted us in Section 4 ends, subject to routine backups and records we keep for legal and operational reasons.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is material, we will notify you — by email or in the app — at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Wodder after the change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you live where local law gives you rights these terms cannot waive, those rights apply.
